My order was declined, why did I receive a gateway error page and why I was charged?
Credit Card approval requires an address match to the billing address you enter, when completing an order, and the billing address your bank has on file for that card. Repeated attempts to place an order with incorrect information will place various holds of funds on that card. If your order did not go through and got declined, the charges are pending and not actual charges. These pre-authorizations will “fall off” at your banks discretion. Please do not get alarmed, if the charge is determined to be declined or pending charges, it will be cancelled and the funds should go back to your account in a few days.
If you did not receive an order number immediately after attempting to purchase then the transaction was unsuccessful and did not go through.
When will my package be sent out? When will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Our shipping department located in the Charlotte, N.C. area works hard to get every customer’s order shipped out as soon as possible during business hours. The processing time is 24-48 business hours after an order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once this period is completed, the tracking information will automatically be sent out through email to show that it is ready for shipment.
Please Note: Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM US EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday.
During times of increased orders, such as holiday seasons or exclusive promotions, the processing period may be longer than usual.
How do I make changes to my orders?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please make sure the the shipping address is correct and you are satisfied with the products you are about to purchase. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us by email before placing an order.

We have a 24-48 hour processing time for all orders. However, we strive to ship out orders the same day (usually) if purchased by 1:00 PM EST Monday – Friday. Confirmation emails with tracking number will be sent to the customer account email address once the order processes.
We process orders Monday – Friday from 10:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST. Sorry but we do not ship on weekends or U.S. Holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday unless that is a holiday. In that case, the order will ship out on Tuesday.
Please note: Expedited Overnight and Priority 2-3 Day shipments are delivered on business days only. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will ship out the next day. The USPS defines delivery times for the USPS Express Shipping option as 1-2 days depending on the distance from the original shipping address to the destination address.
We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. as well as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO & FPO addresses. For armed services, please select the APO/FPO addresses for the correct shipping method.
MANUFACTURING WARRANTY INFORMATION:
We provide a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase for all hardware purchased from our website. This warranty service covers manufacturer defects ONLY. It excludes coverage for damage due to abuse, accident, disassembly or attempts to disassemble, misuse, and normal wear and tear including scratches, and from dust, humidity, and temperature.
Should there be a manufacturer defect, you will need to start a return request by contacting us at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to include your name, order #, phone number, and reason for the return in the email. We reserve the right to request images and/or videos to show the defective issue. If the request is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning along with a RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly shown on the outside of the return package. Sorry, but we will not accept returns without a RMA number shown on the outside of the return package. The item must then be returned to us within14 days of receiving the RMA number.
Please note: All original manufacturer packaging and all original contents must be returned for the warranty service. This is required by most manufacturers. Please be sure to keep all packaging and contents including any warranty cards and identification numbers such as Serial numbers, QR Scan Codes, Authenticity Labels. Returns missing any original manufacturer packaging and/or components will be shipped back to you at your shipping expense. In the case that you do not still have all the manufacturer packaging and/or components, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly about their manufacture warranty.
Our 30-Day Limited Warranty service does not cover E-Liquids, Pods, Atomizers, RDAs, RTAs, Clearomizers, Cartomizers, Tanks, Replacement Coils, Replacement Glass, Drip Tips and Rechargeable Batteries.
You may return items purchased from our website in UNOPENED, AND UNUSED condition for any reason within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund provided the item is undamaged and can be restocked. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to obtain a RMA number. Please be sure to include your name, order #, phone number, reason for the return and if you want a refund or an exchange in the email. We will then send you a RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly shown on the outside of the package. The item must then be returned to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Sorry but we will not accept returns without a RMA number shown on the outside of the return package.
Due to safety and sanitary reasons, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE (Opened or Unopened): E-Liquids, Pods, Atomizers, RDAs, RTAs, Clearomizers, Cartomizers, Tanks, Replacement Coils, Replacement Glass, Drip Tips, and Rechargeable Batteries.
Returns of opened AND/OR used products with no manufacturing defects will not be accepted, no exceptions. Further, these items are not subject to a refund.
Please note: Shipping charges for returns of UNOPENED, AND UNUSED items are the sole responsibility of the customer. This applies to both returning to us and shipping an exchange if applicable.
